Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.


Shipping

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at:
